categories a ducted chimney or a ductless chimney.
A ducted chimney sucks air from the kitchen and then passes
through filters & mesh which absorbs oil and grease then it releases the
polluted air through a duct pipe to the outside house.it is highly efficient. The ducted chimney is suitable for an Indian kitchen where generally frying and
roasting work is done.
A ductless kitchen chimney sucks the impure air and then
processes it, finally releases clean air inside the kitchen.No duct pipe is
required. This chimney is easy to fix and cheaper than a ducted chimney.
It is cheap but less efficient. It is ideal if frying and
grilling work is less.
